In the ALPIN CHALETs XL in Wagrain with 9 bedrooms and 310 m2, there is enough space for friends, family, stag nights and small private parties or even a company event. The XL chalets are designed for 18 to 30 persons. If you still need more space, you can book an extra room for 1 to 4 persons.

LIVING ROOM LEVEL
ALPIN LOFT
With its high ceiling and wooden gable, the light-flooded ALPIN LOFT is the heart of the ALPIN CHALET XL. Glass doors open up to a spacious terrace and offer fantastic views of the Austrian Alps. The comfortable living and dining area provides enough space for great meals or funny board game nights.
A pellet fireplace embedded in natural stone offers additional warmth in winter, and the flickering fire gives off a pleasant wooden smell.
KITCHEN
Passionate cooks will step it up in the perfectly equipped open plan kitchen, while friends and family enjoy an aperitif at the bar. The comfortable living and dining area offers enough space for extended dinners and playful evenings.

ALPIN ATRIUM
In the open lounge at the ALPIN ATRIUM, two couches invite you to sit down, listen to your favourite music, play a game on the PlayStation or watch a DVD or TV.
9 BEDROOMS AND 7 BATHROOMS
The ALPIN CHALET XL has 9 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The two family rooms are equipped with an anteroom, shower, and WC as well as 2 separate bedrooms.
Each bedroom offers space for 2 to 4 people: The 3-meter-high rooms are equipped with a bed and a loft bed on top. The upper level is styled as a relax corner but can be converted into a bed and has a quality mattress for sleeping. The bedrooms can be used as single, double, twin, triple or quadruple rooms.
SAUNA AND BATHTUB
In the Finnish solid wood sauna with panorama window, you can relax your muscles after a day of snowboarding or skiing. Afterwards, you can jump in the shower with gushing water or use the hose to cool off, or you run yourself a bath and enjoy the mountain views from there.
ROOFED TERRACE AND SUN TERRACE
A large, partly roofed terrace is furnished with two comfortable outdoor sofas and a couple of tables that you can easily combine to a long table. From the sun beds on the open sun deck, you have a beautiful panoramic view, and on the brick-built BBQ, you can prepare tasty meals.
WHIRLPOOL & HEATED SWIMMING POOL
Apart from the sauna, the ALPIN CHALETs XL are equipped with a whirlpool for winter and a heated swimming pool for summer. Both pools and the big pool terrace can be used from all ALPIN CHALET guests.

The kitchen is generously equipped with porcelain, glasses and cutlery for 30 people. Hobby cooks will find all common kitchen appliances and a wide range of pots and pans.
