IN FILZMOOS and kleinarl
At the ALPIN CHALET Large in Filzmoos 16 to 24 people can spread out at 290 m2. A mix of ALPIN CHALET Classic and ALPIN CHALET XL, it is nearly as big as the XL version, but equipped with bedrooms corresponding to the ones at the ALPIN CHALET Classic. Should you need more space, you can add one of 3 extra rooms for 1 to 2 people.
Each ALPIN CHALET consists of the following areas:
LIVING ROOM LEVEL
ALPIN LOFT
Everyone likes gathering in the spacious ALPIN LOFT with its high ceiling and wooden gable. Huge glass doors draw the gaze outside into the beautiful natural surroundings. A comfortable living and dining area is located in here, which offers plenty of space for great meals and social evenings spent together.
The wood pellet fireplace in the middle of the loft gives off heat and has a viewing window showing the flickering fire.
OPEN FLOOR PLAN KITCHEN
A well-equipped open plan kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, even for ambitious cooks. Enjoy a glass of wine at the bar before heading to the comfortable living and dining area.

ALPIN ATRIUM
A generous U-shaped couch invites you to relax in the lounge, listen to your favourite music, play a game on the PlayStation or watch a DVD or TV.
8 BEDROOMS AND 8 BATHROOMS
Each of the bedrooms for 1 to 4 people in Filzmoos is equipped with a king size double bed, a sofa that also works as a queen size double bed, and drawers for your clothes. In Kleinarl each bedroom has up to three sleeping places. Each room has an en-suite shower, washbasin, hairdryer, and toilet. You can use all bedrooms as a single room, double room or dorm.
SAUNA & RELAX ROOM
After a day outside in the snow, you can relax in the Finnish solid wood sauna with panorama window. For cooling down again, there is a shower with gushing water and a hose waiting for you. The bath tub offers mountain views as well and is another great place to de-stress, and in summer, the terrace is a perfect spot for sunbathing.
ROOFED TERRACE & SUN TERRACE
Two comfortable outdoor sofas and picknick tables make the roofed terrace a perfect place for a well-deserved break. On a sunny day, you can bronze on the sun beds or prove your skills on the brick-built BBQ. Do we need to mention the breathtaking views you have from up there?

The ALPIN CHALET Large is situated next to the ALPIN CHALETs Classic in Neuberg a small village next to the forest.
The three ALPIN CHALETS Large in Kleinarl are located at the entrance to the village on the left at the beginner piste, directly at the Kleinarl Ark.

Basic rental price for up to 16 persons, maximum occupancy 24 persons with extra rooms for up to 30 persons.
The kitchen is generously equipped with porcelain, glasses and cutlery for 30 people. Hobby cooks will find all common kitchen appliances and a wide range of pots and pans.
