10% VAT, bed and bathroom linen, free Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, and sauna, waste disposal, parking deck for 4 to 6 cars, additional parking spaces in front of the chalets, hot and cold water, use of the communal pool, and the included services of the guest card - see location details.


EXTRA CHARGES

  • Local tax: up to 3,10 per person/night. Children under 15 years are exempt.
  • One-time final cleaning fee: 370,- for an ALPIN CHALET Classic, 470,- for an ALPIN CHALET Large or XL
  • Starting from summer 2026, a one-time final cleaning fee will be charged as a flat rate: 390,- for an ALPIN CHALET Classic, 490,- for an ALPIN CHALET Large and XL.
  • Pets: on request in selected chalets, 20,- per night per pet (food not included).
