The ski area Filzmoos is family friendly, small and not at all crowded, the children’s ski school and practice slopes are the best of the region. The mountain restaurants and the restaurants in the valley are welcoming and down-to-earth with a friendly service.
The sweeping alpine valley offers fantastic cross-country skiing, walking and bike trails. Skiers, snowboarders, Nordic skiers and ski tourers can discover a great variety of slopes and ski tours offering stunning views of the Dachstein massif. Horse-drawn sleigh rides to quaint mountain restaurants in a landscape dominated by the legendary Bischofsmütze (Bishop’s Hat) are a highlight for families.

Flachau - The hotspot
The ALPIN CHALETs in Flachau are located at the main street of Flachau. The chalets stand on a small platform with a spacious terrace facing south-west. In the neighbourhood, you will find a supermarket, restaurants and bars. The ski lifts Achter Jet and Space Jet with ski schools and sports shops are only a short walk away. In summer, the ALPIN CHALETs Flachau are the perfect starting point for a trip to the city of Salzburg or hiking in the region of Salzburg.

Flachauwinkl - For The Sporty Ones
The ALPIN CHALETs Flachauwinkl are situated on a sunny hillside in an altitude of 1.030 metres and offer impressive mountain views. Still, you can reach them well by car thanks to the nearby highway.
Flachauwinkl is the perfect choice for winter sports enthusiasts because of its proximity to two ski resorts. The cable car station Highliner is within walking distance and will take you to the ski and powder paradise Zauchensee, while the Shuttleberg Flachauwinkl - Kleinarl with the Absolut Park is only one ski bus stop away. Since December 2020 there is the Panorama Link, a direct connection lift between the Snow Space Salzburg and the Shuttleberg mountain Flachauwinkl - Kleinarl.
In summer time Flachauwinkl is also well known for its cheese making mountain huts — an excellent choice for a tasty snack during one of your hiking trips.

In winter, cross country skiing tracks and a winter walking path start right next to the chalets, and it is only a short walk to the next ski lift, the beginner’s Egglift, taking you to the Flying Mozart gondola in winter sports resort Wagrain - Flachau. Kleinarl
The ALPIN CHALETs Large Kleinarl are located right at the beginning of the small village on the left in a free, sunny south-west position, behind the Kleinarl Ark - a clear, rushing brook. The view from the Alpine Lofts in the chalets to the Ennskraxn and the Kleinarl valley is impressive.
The car is parked in the underground car park. Restaurants, bars and a well-stocked supermarket, with many regional products are within easy walking distance. A private sauna in the chalet. In addition, daily free entrance to the water world Wagrain.

In winter, directly at the practice lift and the beginners' slope. In summer, the ALPIN CHALETS in Kleinarl has a heated outdoor pool with waterfall and whirlpool benches. The entrance to the bike path to Jägersee or to Wagrain is opposite, as well as the climbing world with high ropes course and flying fox. The Shuttleberg and bike rental are within easy walking distance. Directly from the location you can make many bike and hiking trips.
