Your House, Your Rules

You have reserved the ALPIN CHALET for your group, and for this time, it is your home. Your rules apply. Whether or not you allow smoking in the ALPIN ATRIUM and ALPIN LOFT is your decision. Smoking is prohibited in the sleeping areas, bathrooms, and sauna!

Good Neighbourhood

In the neighbouring chalets, there are usually also guests, often families, who seek relaxation. Our neighbours, who live and work here year-round, should not be disturbed by noise under any circumstances. Please also behave considerately during the day in the outdoor areas. From 10:00 PM onwards, all noise outdoors should be avoided, and the kitchen windows and terrace doors should be closed.

Music in the ALPIN CHALET

Your ALPIN CHALET is equipped with a sound system that is tailored to the size of the ALPIN LOFT and the surrounding area. You should not bring or use your own larger or differently designed system. The transmission of bass sounds can be very disturbing and sleep-depriving for the neighbours.

The Shared Pool

The outdoor pools in Wagrain, Kleinarl, and Flachauwinkl are available to you in the summer (from early May to the end of October) every day from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM. In Filzmoos, on the other hand, you have the opportunity to swim in the indoor pool every day from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM throughout the year.

The whirlpool in Wagrain is open daily from 04:00 PM to 08:00 PM from early November to the end of April.

For hygiene reasons and to maintain the water temperature, the pools are closed around 08:00 PM, and an automatic regeneration program begins. To ensure safety, the bringing of glasses and bottles into the pool area, as well as into the barefoot area around the pool, is not allowed.
