Reservation and payment
When making a reservation, 30% of the rental (only the basic chalet rent) is due as a deposit. The reservation is binding as soon as the deposit is received in the ALPIN CHALET GMBH account.
One month before arrival, the complete booking fee (rent, additional persons, final cleaning, pets, pre-booked services) plus a security deposit of 700 Euro per week for the ALPIN CHALET Classic and 1000 Euro per week for the ALPIN CHALET XL is due. We will send you a reminder and detailed service form in time.
If this sum is not paid in due time, the booking will be cancelled and the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee to cover for rental loss.

We recommend our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance, in order to avoid financial damages that may be caused in the case of a necessary cancellation. Hotelstorno Plus - for more information click here
Because our large ALPIN CHALETS are in most cases directly rented from us by privately organised groups of friends and families, this method of booking is, regarding organisation and costs, a fair deal for all concerned. It is particularly a good method for the organiser, because it is a binding solution for all of those travelling along.

At the end of your stay, all additional ALPIN CHALET offers and services, which have been taken advantage of, will be charged and deducted from the deposit. Or, if you like, credited as a (partial) deposit for your next stay with us.
Things can get broken even with careful handling and in the best families. A glass gets knocked over or a plate falls to the floor, ... . The replacement of objects and any necessary special cleaning will be charged onto your final account at our cost price resp. acc. to time and effort.
