And here’s how it works:
Breakfast and dinner are prepared in advance and delivered in hot containers to the chalet. The eatingbar table in the kitchen is used to arrange the buffet and there you can serve yourselves. The catering dishes are picked up with next delivery. The delivery and return is very smooth - like brownies have been working. But you have to organize serving, dishes, cutlery, glasses and the washing up.
