Services of the ALPIN CHALETs in Salzburg, Austria
Almost all inclusive hardly any extras
The following services are included in the ALPIN CHALET daily price according to the price list (selfcatered):
• the accommodation of: up to 12 people in the ALPIN CHALETs Classic in Filzmoos, Flachau and Flachauwinkl, up to 18 in the ALPIN CHALET XL in Wagrain. For further people, refer to price list
• the applied VAT, which is 10 %
• the local visitors tax
• cold and hot water, heating and electricity, incl. sauna
• the initial provision of bed linen with the beds ready made
• two large bath towels and one small towel per person and 10 dishtowels
• toilet paper, cosmetic tissues and kitchen paper
• the utilisation of the complete chalet including all domestic appliances, kitchen appliances and the sauna
• free internet access and unlimited surf time with your own equipment, -wireless LAN in the whole chalet, a fixed connection in the loft
IN FILZMOOS
• a carport is provided for 5 vehicles per ALPIN CHALET. For further vehicles there are parking places in front of the Chalets.
• free utilisation of the Filzmoos "hiking bus" or local tour bus in summer
• free utilisation of the Filzmoos bathing facilities with indoor and outdoor pools, during the seasons
IN FLACHAU
• a parking deck is provided for 6 vehicles per ALPIN CHALET. Further places for vehicles are in front of the chalets.
IN FLACHAUWINKL
• a parking deck is provided for 4 vehicles per ALPIN CHALET. Further places for vehicles are in front of the chalets.
• in summertime the use of the shared pool
IN WAGRAIN
• a parking deck is provided for 6 vehicles per ALPIN CHALET. Further places for vehicles are in front of the chalets.
• a bathrobe per adult
• in summertime the use of the shared pool
• in wintertime the use of the communal Jacuzzi daily from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
You have to pay extra for:
• a flat rate fee of Euro 225.- in the ALPIN CHALET Classic and Euro 295.- in the ALPIN CHALET XL for the final cleaning.
For excessive soiling and waste disposal, an additional charge will be made in accordance with the time and effort involved.
• Euro 10.- per day for each dog and each cat. Pets are only allowed in Filzmoos.
• all services and extra services, which are taken advantage of.
• things get broken even in the best of families. Such things will be replaced and then added to the final account at our cost price.
