ALPIN FLATLETs - extra rooms in the Alpin Chalets Classic in Flachau and Flachauwinkl
Directly nearby the alpin chalets yet nevertheless having its own area
The ALPIN-FLATLETs are five small apartments
iin the south wing of the two ALPIN-CHALETs in Flachau & Flachauwinkl.
They are ideally positioned and arranged for any or all of the following group of combinations:
• You bring your grandmother with you, who likes to retreat into her own area.
• You are all couples and one or two more double rooms would be perfect.
• Your almost grown up son wants to bring some friends, or his girl friend and so he needs some distance from the others.
• In your group are some small children and you bring your nanny/child-minder along, who needs her own room.
• You rent a Flatlet because you bring your own housekeeper with you.
• Your company arranges an incentive or a seminar at the ALPIN-CHALETs and you need more space because the ALPIN-ATRIUM and the ALPIN-LOFT are being used as seminar rooms.
• You need an extra Flatlet, because your best friend ist becoming 30, and there are 22 people with the ALPIN-ATRIUM and the ALPIN-LOFT being your party rooms.
We offer an ALPIN-FLATLET in combination with an ALPIN-CHALET for the fixed rate a day: Euro 80,- in Winter season, Euro 55,- in Summer time.
The ALPIN-FLATLETs are appointed in the same style and with the same high standard as the ALPIN-CHALTEs. You can use them for one to up to five people:
• as a single room
• as a double room
• as a twin room
• as a three bedded room
• as a four or five bedded room with the sofa beds in the living room area
Each Flatlet has a shower/WC and a breakfast kitchen like a small holiday apartment, a big terrace, enough space for skis, boards and boots using the ski room and the boot-dryer, and a parking place, in Flachau on the parking deck. See sketch!
The technical facilities are the same as that for the ALPIN-CHALTEs: central floor heating and air-conditioned rooms with modern, centrally-controlled living-space ventilation. The Energy supplier in Flachau is "Holzwärme Flachau", supplying new wood-chip heating for the whole village. In Flachauwinkl the energy is made by geothermal power. All ALPIN-CHALETs are ecologically friendly using a renewable energy.
